Applications Open! Committee and Board Member Recruitment

The Township is seeking applications from residents interested in serving on Township of Springwater Committees of Council and Local Boards for the 2026-2030 Term of Council. The deadline to apply is Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Applications will be considered by Council following the 2026 Municipal Election and will take effect for the 2026-2030 Term of Council.

Fall Recreation Registration Opens August 26

Get ready for an active fall with a variety of recreation programs for everyone. Browse available activities, review program details and mark your calendar, for registration at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. Spaces are limited and popular programs may fill quickly.

Springwater's Getting Ready for the 2026 Municipal Election

The Township of Springwater is preparing for the next municipal election, taking place on Monday, October 26, 2026. Information for voters and candidates will be posted here as it becomes available, including key dates, voting options, and how to get involved.

Fall Watermain Flushing Schedule

The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) will conduct fall watermain flushing throughout the Township of Springwater beginning on September 14, 2026. Flushing takes place between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Residents are encouraged to reduce water use during these hours and turn off timed water-using appliances, including dishwashers, coffee makers and sprinkler systems, to help prevent discoloured water or sediment from entering household plumbing.

Elmvale Fall Fair
