Springwater Township / April 8, 2016 – Springwater will be hosting a Capital Projects Open House on April 18 to provide information on capital projects planned for 2016.
The Open House is scheduled for April 18, 2016 from 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. at the Township Administration Centre; the event will feature information on projects and fleet approved for purchase by Council during the 2016 budget deliberations. Staff will be available to answer any questions related to the planned projects and equipment and fleet will be on display.
Springwater’s 2016 Capital Budget is comprised of gross expenditures in the amount of $7.3 million and is funded from a number of sources including; development charges, reserves, grants, provincial and federal funding and operating budget/taxation.
The Open House will focus on Public Works and Parks and Recreation related projects including, but not limited to:
