If you are representing the seller or purchaser in a real estate transaction, we offer several services that you may wish to use.  Upon written request, and payment of the appropriate fee, we can provide the following services:

• Zoning Compliance Information
• Building Compliance Information
• Septic Compliance Information

Fees

• For a response faxed and mailed to you within 15 business days of receipt of your request, the fee is $50 for each service.
• For a faxed response within 2 business days of receipt of your request, a rush fee of $100 is payable for each service requested. 

Tax Certificates

Tax Certificates are also available upon written request with payment of appropriate fee.  The Fees are as follows:

• For a response mailed to you within 10 business days of receipt of your request, the fee is $50 for each service.
• For a faxed response within 2 business days of receipt of your request, a rush fee of $100 is payable for each service requested.

Fee Example

If you require a Zoning Compliance, a Building Compliance and a Tax Certificate on a non-rush basis, the total fee would be $150.

1.    No service will be provided until full payment is received.

2.    Under no circumstances will verbal information be provided.
