Springwater Heritage Presents: Pioneer Days to New Ways

Join keynote speakers Dennis and Ruthan Johnson as they explain how tools and implements have evolved from 1867 to the present day tools we find in households today.

Through this presentation, participants will learn prevalent household roles in 1867 and what tools were used to complete day to day tasks, as well as how those roles and implements have evolved over time.

Celebrate Canada’s 150th with an exploration of how everyday tools, implements and household items have changed from Confederation to present day!

The Midhurst 150: Soapbox Derby and Classic Car Show

This event is open to friends and family of Springwater Township and will include a BBQ, beer tent, classic car show and soap box derby.

Racer Information:

Celebrate Canada and all is has to offer with the community at the Celebrate Springwater event. There will be music and entertainment for all ages, activities for the kids, food trucks and a spectacular fireworks show to cap off the evening.

Note: In the event of inclement weather, the celebration will be moved to the Elmvale Arena.

Springwater Swing Golf Tournament

Enjoy a day of challenging golf, great camaraderie and fantastic food, all in support of worthwhile causes.

Your registration fee includes lunch, a round of golf, a cart and a delicious dinner in the clubhouse. Funds raised at this year’s tournament will be directed to the Community Assistance Program, Physician Recruitment and other local initiatives.
