Camper Pickup/Drop-Off and Safe Arrival
We require all parents/guardians to sign their child in and out of camp daily. If you choose to give your child permission to arrive and leave camp on their own, we request you provide the Supervisor of the camp written permission explaining the participant is allowed to sign in and out of camp. If you require someone other than the regular parent/guardian to pick up your child, you MUST give written permission to the camp Supervisor. The written permission must have the child’s name and the full name of the person who will be signing your child out. We will require the pick-up person to provide photo ID.

Nut-Free Policy
The Township of Springwater strives to offer a “Nut Free” policy for all of our day camp programs. Participants are asked not to bring food products that may contain nuts or traces of nuts (peanuts included) to our summer day camps. Should items that contain nuts be found, the product will be removed from the camp area and returned to the parent/guardian at the end of the day. If a child is unsure whether their food does contain traces of nuts, they are encouraged to check with our camp staff.

Medical Information
If a participant is required to take medication while at camp the parent/guardian must complete a medication form. The completed form and the medication must be given to the Camp Supervisor. Forms can be obtained from the camp Supervisor. Epi-pens should be with the child at all times while at camp.
